CNC Mill/Turn Programmer Setter And Operator Nightshift

CNC MILL/TURN PROGRAMMER SETTER AND OPERATOR NIGHTSHIFT - TEWKSBURY - FROM £33,280 TO £37,440 My client are an exceptionally well established Aerospace Engineering company based in Tewksbury. I am seeking a Level 1 Mill/Turn Programmer Setter and Operator to start immediately for a nightshift position. Responsibilities: - Read & interpret a 2D drawing. - Produce CNC programme off line from customer drawing - not just edit. - Fully fixture and tool[cutters] to produce component to drawing. - Inspect own work to drawing. - Aerospace requirements/standards, tolerancing and controls. - CNC programme Operating systems. - General high standard of engineering ability - fully skilled. - 5C conversant. The ideal candidate would have the following experience: - Apprentice/time served engineer. - A minimum of 5 years experience in milling or turning. - Edge CAM, Solid Works preferable. - Tool maker or general machinist. - CMM, Height Gauge & general inspection. - Knowledge of Aerospace Quality or similar[oil & gas]. - Fanuc preferred - but not limited to. - Business improvement/Lean manufacture.
