Your new company Our client is a highly regarded, national full-service law firm with an excellent reputation in both Private legal matters and Commercial legal matters. They are looking to bolster recent growth and have a rare opportunity for a Family Partner to join their award winning team in their Taunton office. Your new role You will specialise in privately funded financial remedy work, private children law and cohabitation disputes. Your client base will comprise of professional clients, high net worth individuals, those with business interests and those in the sport and agricultural sectors. Your role will involve driving the practice forward as well as managing your own caseload and directing the team. You will take part in client meetings, and liaise with clients, and counsel, to deal with cases in court. This is a fantastic opportunity to the right candidate to progress with their legal career within an established and highly regarded family team. What you'll need to succeed You will be an established Family Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE gained at a highly regarded regional or national firm. You will have excellent communication and client care skills as well as great commercial acumen and the ability to work alone as well as managing a team and the ability to use your initiative.
