It’s an exciting time, we're expanding our clinic network throughout the UK and aim to have 80 sites by the end of 2019. The Opportunity Handling around 30,000 calls per month our dedicated contact centre team play a key role in supporting our clinic network 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether they’re converting enquiries, dealing with cancellations, rescheduling appointments or offering professional advice, the team always aim to give the highest levels of service. We are currently recruiting for clinic support advisors who have a passion for great customer service to join our team based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Working within our Clinic Support Centre, you will be responsible for the following: Handling inbound calls into the contact centre Making outbound calls to existing clients Arranging appointments for clients Dealing with general enquiries / taking credit and debit card payments General administration Returning calls of clients who have left messages Personal Attributes and Experience Essential: A minimum of 1 years experience within a customer service role Flexible approach to working hours Can-do attitude and willing to go above and beyond in order to deliver great customer service. Great communication skills Desirable: Outbound sales experience (not cold calling) Experience in skin care or a medical environment Beauty Qualifications Hours and Shift patterns: You will work 40 hours per week on a two-week rolling shift pattern. The Contact Centre is open between the hours of 7.45am and 9.00pm and you will usually rotate between a week of earlies and a week of evenings. You will also be required to work alternate weekends (Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5.30pm), with appropriate time off in the week being given. What’s in it for you?
