Position: Customer Insight Data Analyst Location: Trowbridge Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: up to £26,000 depending on skills and experience - plus 15% annual bonus What does the role involve? You'll be part of the team who provide data insights that help inform the future strategy of our customer's fleet. You'll work with data exported from a variety of sources to create a range of insights and reports according to customer and team needs. Some of your key duties will include: - Consolidating data from a variety of sources, both internally and externally. - Ensure specified reports are created, analysed, and distributed appropriately. - Supporting operational and account management colleagues in the presentation of data to the customer. What are we looking for? You're likely to enjoy this role if you've got a keen eye for data and are passionate about making a positive difference. You're also pretty savvy with Excel and comfortable discussing your insights with colleagues and customers.
