Lead Engineer - £45,000 Location: London NW3 The Company: This client is a leading FM company, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK. They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion maintenance within commercial environments. With 44 regional offices they are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all of their services are based on `self delivery`, which means that they employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards. The Role: Leading a team and making sure all tasks below are completed to a high standard; PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance such as AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps - PPMs Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing Plumbing works Lighting - Lamp changes, ballast changes Emergency light testing Electrical Fault finding HVAC Maintenance Small works - new sockets, lights Fabric Duties This shift will be a pattern of: 4on – 4off / 4on – 4off (Days ONLY) Qualifications : The client will be looking to hire the right candidate who is Electrical or Mechanical Bias NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations, Testing & Inspecting 2391 & 17th Edition. All of the above qualifications are a necessity and a good knowledge of building services would be needed.
