Description Key responsibilities: Managing the team and monitoring performance in accordance with company policies Work alongside the collections manager to implement procedures which will ensure effective collections of client needs Accepting responsibility and taking ownership of operational issues ensuring that practical solutions are found Design, promote and manage all call centre incentives and initiatives Providing assistance to Customer Service Agents by being the first point of escalation for complaint calls. Maintaining absence, lateness and bonus reporting for Customer Service Agents Acting as the point of contact for all staff related issues within the call centre Profile The successful candidate will have: Able to prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines and ability to multi-task. Excel other reporting tools at intermediate standard as well as the ability to interpret data in order to drive overall performance Ability to work on own initiative and exceed expectations Demonstrable capability to ensure optimum customer journey that fulfils business objectives Ability to effectively and efficiently defuse and control situations without the need for escalation or intervention Job Offer This is a permanent full time position paying a competitive salary with a great benefits package
