Overview
The AP Team Leader role contributes to the success of my clients UK and Europe Division by providing effective and timely support to the finance and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity to use your initiative and collaboration skills to ensure that the function achieves its key performance indicators and objectives whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:- Manage the company's Accounts Payable function. Inputs invoices, credit notes, payments and undertakes ledger maintenance. Review and prepare payment proposals and bi-monthly settlement of liabilities. Provide relevant information relating to financial and commercial matters to stakeholders. Control and manage internal reporting timetables for month end close processes. Prepare ledger reports and date for Group reporting purposes. Manages the Accounts Payable team and develops skills within the team.
