Overview
Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join our clients established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Sittingbourne, Kent . The role entails Running all aspects of payroll for the firms clients Pension uploads Producing payslips Providing assistance to the firms payroll manager and helping to train the firms payroll trainee Dealing with client and staff queries A successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences Good knowledge of up to date payroll legislation AAT qualified Previous experience using star payroll would be beneficial Good people skills and someone with a friendly and helpful approach to clients Be a self starter with plenty of initiative At least 3 years experience within a firm of accountants The salary for this role is between £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
