More Info Advisor Job Summary: This fast paced and dynamic role encompasses a variety of tasks, from administration to customer service As a More Info Advisor, you will be experienced in working to operational deadlines, prioritising your workload and communicating with a range of stakeholders, including customers, dealers and internal departments. In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to deliver exceptional customer service and build excellent rapport. Role and Responsibilities: You will play a key part in speaking with our customers who have partially completed applications. You will work to understand the reasons for this and help guide them through completing their application. You must have the ability to work under pressure during busier times while giving a great service to our customers and achieve individual KPI’s There will be opportunities to work outside of your core skill giving you a fantastic opportunity for progression. Making at outbound calls to interested applicants who have not completed their application for finance and recording the missing information onto the system to allow the customer to apply for finance. Delivering exceptional customer service. Delivering on promised call back requests Advising on the benefits of Carfinance247 and gaining customer commitment. Confident telephone manner with strong rapport building skills. Excellent communication and listening skills – precise and clear in written and verbal communication. A flexible approach and strong team working skills. IT literate with strong keyboard skills, able to accurately maintain our CRM system with comprehensive notes.
