Overview
Our Public Sector client based in Swansea is seeking a Court Usher to join their team on a full-time (Monday to Friday) temporary basis. The rate of pay is National Minimum Wage. To provide general usher duties: setting up court rooms, greeting and signing in customers, assisting the Judiciary to facilitate court hearings and ensuring the smooth running of the court on a day to day basis. This job involves face to face contact with members of the public who are sometimes anxious, distressed or troubled during their court visits. Good customer service and communication skills are vital with some basic experience in administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is advantageous.
