Your new role You will join our highly experience technical support team. Supporting a wide range of technical issues and a pipeline of implementation projects. You'll use the following technologies daily, whilst also growing your knowledge with Cloud technology. Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills Understanding of networking (routing, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Cisco) Experience supporting MS Exchange and Windows Server (2012 / 2016) Mobile OS, BYOD, MDM What you'll get in return You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 Benefits.
