Location: 'Countywide' across Cornwall - Bodmin, Helston, Liskeard, Plymouth, St Austell, Falmouth, Camborne, Newquay, Truro, Redruth & Launceston. Salary Hourly rate to reflect band 5 equivalent (£24,214 - £30,112) Description: Our client provides a range of mental health and physical health services to children and adults across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic and clinically capable registered nurses to join our Client's teams across the county in a Bank role. We require forward thinkers with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for nursing. Person Specification: Ability to travel independently is an essential requirement of this post. In this role you will cover the community hospitals, working within the inpatient unit. Responsible for assessment, planning and implementation of care and assisting in the interpretation of information relevant to the patient's condition/progress. Identifying problems and needs of the patient and set realistic goals. To work autonomously, providing effective, evidence-based care in line with competency, training record, organisational policies, procedures and guidelines. Bank hours available. Working hours include short and long days, nights and weekends however as a bank worker you would be able to choose which shifts you would like to work and where.
