Employment Solicitor

An award-winning firm in the East Midlands has an opening for an Employment Solicitor to join the team in its Derby office. Our client is an innovative and growing Legal 500 practice and the employment team is well-known for providing high-quality advice to a range of businesses and individuals across the Midlands and further afield. As part of the successful and supportive team, you will be handling a variety of contentious and non-contentious work such as recruitment, contracts, policies, discrimination, TUPE and employment tribunal claims. You will be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and experience whilst assisting in the growth of the department. Ideally the firm is looking for an employment solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE, however this is given purely as a guideline and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range but who possess the relevant knowledge and skill to carry out this role. The role would suit someone with strong client care skills with a passion for helping clients through their legal issues.
