We’re Education Specialists We are currently working with an OFSTED rated 'Outstanding' school in the Handsworth area of Birmingham. Our client is looking to recruit a experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant on a contract basis for a initial period of 1 year. About the Role: - This is a full time role due to start in September - You’ll be working across the EYFS curriculum supporting across 4 classes - You’ll be working on both a 1:1 basis and with small groups - You'll be expected to deliver phonics interventions About the School: - This is an OFSTED rated 'Outstanding' school - Three form entry school - Fantastic outdoor area - Forest School - Great opportunity to join friendly, close knit and supportive team - Excellent facilities including newly refurbished IT suite About You: - You’ll need a level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or other relevant qualification - Previous experience of working within the EYFS framework - Understanding of a scheme of phonics - Experience supporting students with phonics screening - Experience supporting students who are new to country or have English as a Additional Language (EAL) - You’ll need to be able to provide suitable references and proof you are eligible to work in the UK About Smile: - We’re market leading education specialists- what does that mean for you?
