Overview
Year 5 Teacher - East London A 2-form entry primary school is currently looking for a strong Year 5 Primary Teacher to join their team in September 2020. The successful Year 5 Primary Teacher will be confident with UKS2, have strong behaviour management skills and able to adapt levels to suit all levels. The ideal Year 5 Primary Teacher will have the support of an experienced Teaching Assistant to assist across the whole class. We are looking for a Year 5 Primary Teacher who is experienced, enthusiastic, passionate and a team player. Found in Newham, this acknowledged primary school is located within a short 10 minute from most major tube lines. It has achieved a "Good" grade in all inspected areas and often finds itself oversubscribed thanks to its popularity. It concentrates on allowing struggling pupils to thrive and keeps its facilities updated, with outdoor learning space. This role is on a long term supply basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate in July 2021. To be successful in this role you will: -Hold Qualified Teacher Status -Have experience teaching Upper KS2 -Have strong behaviour/class management skills -Be committed to helping improve the school to an "Outstanding" grade -Possess a proactive approach to wider learning, ensuring your knowledge and understanding of the curriculum This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
