Primary School Caretaker

Primary School Caretaker Barking & Dagenham - September 2020 Currently I work with a primary school in Dagenham which are looking to appoint an experienced caretaker starting in the new academic year (September 2020). As the schools caretaker you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the schools grounds including the building. You will also be expected to carry out 'handy man' tasks such as electrical repairs, painting and minor plumbing work if need be. During your time in this role you will report to the Premises Manager, who has stated the ideal candidates must be able to work flexibly and have the right energy and drive to ensure tasks are always completed. As the schools Health and Safety is also part of your responsibilities to keep a safe environment for the children.
