You should be able to create an environment where pupils are motivated to achieve and account effectively for behavioural management. About the KS1 Teacher Role This KS1 Teacher role involves you joining one of the school's KS1 classes as a general class teacher and you will be delivering creative lessons that match the department's ethos.
