Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work across a number of different shifts at our client site in Melton Mowbray. The shift patterns we are offering are - Sampling Trial - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday day shifts (7am - 7pm) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday night shifts (7pm - 7am) Rotating one week days and the following week nights. The trail will start mid march and will last between 6-8 weeks. Duties include working as a part of a team on a busy production line and manually inputting samples into a multi pack product. Assessing missed pouches and replenishing supplies. Speed and accuracy is important. Quality checking and general hygiene Casual Work - As and when we need you or as and when you are available, days 7am - 7pm or nights 7pm - 7am shifts available. This role is on-going and the main duties will be picking and packing in 2 different areas of the factory. Adhering to all H&S policies and keeping your area safe and tidy. Monday - Friday 8am - 16:30pm shift pattern also available. This role is also on-going and is mainly quality checking and stripping down waste product. Working as part of a team and working to a good speed. We are looking for people to join our team immediately and will be holding registrations on a weekly basis. The registration will consist of a basic maths and English assessment with a 70% pass rate. There is also a full pre employment medical and a legal substance test.
