Overview
Senior HR Advisor - Surbiton - Up to £40,000 Your new company A great opportunity has arisen working within a charitable organisation, which is regarded as one of the leading national centres of excellence. They are now seeking an HR Advisor to join their team, to drive a proactive and responsive HR Service. You will report directly to the Group HR Manager, working within the HR team to support the development of the organisation and it's business objectives. Your new role In your new HR Advisor role, you will be working within a dynamic HR team to ensure all aspects of the HR Service are delivered. You will advise on the interpretation and application of existing HR policies, processes and procedures, reviewing and maintaining that HR policies are in line with best practice, employment legislation and the relevant regulatory frameworks. You will be managing and offering an proactive approach in complex Employee Relation cases, taking the initiative to identify and deliver solutions. You will actively partake in HR development projects, working closely with the Group HR Manager in change management activities. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new HR Advisor role, you'll be an established HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 and 3 - 5 years' experience of working in a HR Department. You will be confident in providing HR advice to Senior Management and engagement with stakeholders. You will show commitment to continuous professional development, with the ability and confidence to challenge existing approaches. You will have an understanding of employment law and up to date knowledge of HR best practice. You will have proven experience in employee relation processes, with experience in disciplinary, capability and grievance meetings. You will ideally working in the public sector within education, charities or a care setting.
