Overview
Experienced Vehicle Service Administrator Full Time Service Administrator. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch. £21,000 to £23,000 Subject to experience. 22 Days hoilday Duties to include: Making up the job cards 48 hours in advance Pre-Calls the day before the customer is due in Outbound calls for service and MOT reminders Answering inbound calls of all natures Assisting on the front service counter during busy periods Looking after Motability service and MOT bookings Checking for WIPs that remain open and should not be.
