Process Engineer - £35,000 - £40,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for a Process Engineer, working for a market leading manufacturer based locally to Nantwich, Cheshire. Our client is a well-established company with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. The purpose of this job role is to develop and design new processes to be implemented into the manufacturing process. As a process engineer you will be responsible for designing, testing and finding areas for improvement in all process and systems within the company. You will constantly evaluate processes and equipment as well as analyse data to ensure efficiency and quality remain high. A good process engineer can work alongside senior and junior employees to provide the best outcome. Key Responsibilities: Analyse workflows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can work better together Continued evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high Able to work closely with a senior engineering manager as well as managing mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure results are met Ability to design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data Deliver Projects with great accuracy and in an effective manner Key Requirements: Proven history in improving supply chain efficiency Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment Effective leadership, people management skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Has mathematical and statistical competence as well as a clear and solid understanding of engineering Able to deal with project management systems and process management methods
