Job Title: Operations Administrator Job Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week Job Location: Camberley Salary: £21,500 per annum Benefits : Annual bonus, matching pension (4% - 6%), private medical after 1 year's service, life insurance, Christmas vouchers, competitive annual leave package etc As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for processing Request for Certificate applications whilst providing guidance on Product Conformity Assessment (PCA) programmes to new and existing clients, ensuring compliance of importing countries requirements and regulations. You will also ensure all PCA processes are followed as per Country Instruction Guidelines whilst maintaining customer focus and a positive image of SGS. Key Accountabilities Consolidate information provided by clients and create Service Requests via in house system TradeWorks. Provide clients with feedback to solve operational problems related to initial application process. Timeliness and attention to detail of all requests from the Certification Centres relating to supporting documentation. Managing client accounts to proactively keep debtor’s data base within the UK target level. Management and accuracy of data entry across all platforms. Maintaining a high standard of administration and record keeping ensuring smooth processing of all applications. Ensuring clients experience is of the highest customer excellence standards to achieve client retention. During day to day activities ensure all sales / registration leads are passed using the appropriate channels. Escalation of claims and complaints received from clients in accordance of the Global Quality Management System. Contacting other SGS offices to solve any problems related to application processing and providing follow-up to the point of resolution. Management of all applications to ensure quick turnaround and no delays attributed to unattended cover sheets. YOUR PROFILE Essential: Previous experience of working in an Administration/Operations role. Well organised. Decisive, Assertive, Results and Customer Oriented. Focused on operational target compliance. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and any other languages is an advantage. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with grades A-C in Maths & English. Desirable: Experience of working within a regulated administration role.
