Helpdesk Advisor Northampton City Centre Salary £9.59 per hour Immediate start Ongoing contract This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The centre prides itself on excellent customer service and is continually striving to improve using continuous improvement tools and techniques. Your role will involve taking inbound calls from the public seeking assistance or responding to Civil Money Claims. You will also be required to go through the database to enter in any missing data and be using the in-house system. With Mondays being the busiest day, no day is the same; some days maybe busier than others, some quieter.
