Administration Data Handler

Adecco Cardiff are recruiting for an Timegate Mobilisation Data Handler for a client based in Cardiff. The role is a temporary contract for 3 months. Purpose of Role Working within the HRSC and in particular the HR department. To provide an efficient, professional administration facility in accordance with Company policy and procedures: To ensure that the Operational mater duties are undertaken in a timely manner. To also provide support to the HR/payroll team and operational teams. Main Duties & Responsibilities To review and input starter/change & addition and leaver information onto SAP as per HR procedures To input information onto SAP that is not entered by operational management, including all miscellaneous payments To review and distribute to operational management, reports received from group payroll for SAP and other supporting information To resolve queries raised by operational management and employees To generate TUPE reports when required To provide feedback to the Team Senior and Operational Management - information on issues that need to be addressed To maintain and update information required for HR matters - eligibility to work, visa expiry dates etc, To assist with in-house systems (Timegate) General administration duties connected with payroll including the filing of payroll information, post and reception cover when required To support other members of the team as and when required & various other duties as required from time to time If this sounds like something you are interested in please Apply today or give us a call in branch Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
