Software Engineer (Swift, Kotlin, Java, iOS, Android, Xamarin) - Native Apps Are you looking to join a FTSE 100 company in the midst of an exciting technological advancement? With the Midlands becoming a massive technology hub, our client is looking for an ambitious and passionate developer to join its expanding native apps/ mobile development team. As the Software engineer your main responsibilities will include: Working as part of a skilled team to help build and shape the future of the business Building better experiences for customers and your own colleagues within the business Develop work across web, mobile and smart devices The Essential skills/ experiences you will need include: Experience with native application development, preferably Swift or Kotlin or Xamarin A solid understanding of a lean approach to software engineering A keen interest in problem solving An understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment Be open to learning other languages and platforms - don't worry, they will support you to do this Desirable skills/ experiences which would be beneficial are: Experience with application development using c# and .net core Ability to explain complicated technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
