Deputy Care Home Manager (RGN) - Permanent We are a leading provider of residential, nursing and EMI care homes in the UK. We are currently seeking a Deputy Home Manager with experience in providing excellent Nursing Care to manage our purpose-built, 62 bed care facility in Nailsea, Bristol. We provide high quality nursing care to elderly members of the community, including those needing specialist dementia care. You must be persuasive with a warm approach, having the ability to influence, lead, supervise and inspire the established team at Silver Trees Care Home Nailsea Bristol. About the role: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manger to: To manage all aspects of the home in the absence of the Home Manager. To maintain excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards. To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community. To support the attainment of budgeted financial performance; maximising fee levels and exercising sound cost management across the Home. To help build and maintain a well-motivated and engaged workforce. To perform direct nursing duties on a basis agreed with the Home Manager in accordance with contractual arrangements.
