Our client is a international organisation based in Lewes who are looking for a Office Manager to join the finance team. Client Details Our client is based in Lewes, and offers fantastic flexible working. Description Ordering office and operational supplies Assisting with travel arrangements, hotel bookings. EC Sales submission and Intrastat returns. Requesting residency certificates. Raising sales invoices. Sending invoices and statements to customers. Credit Control Posting Supplier Invoices including monthly credit card and staff expenses on Concur. Raising Purchase Orders Preparing and processing bank payments Maintaining the cashflow spreadsheet Bank reconciliation Profile Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy in Office 365, word, excel, etc. Self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team and to be able to work under time pressure. Previous office manager experience Experience of working to strict deadlines. Job Offer Up to £25,000
