Overview
Fantastic opportunity for a Team Lead to join our high profile client and provide both strategic and operational support for the Infrastructure Support team. You will be joining an extremely passionate organisation who strive to work in new and innovative ways. Annual salary offered is £38,000 to circa £50,000 depending on experience, and benefits include a generous holiday entitlement (in addition to bank holidays) and flexible working environment. You will have a blend of leadership and technical experience, leading by example to maintain momentum and further grow the team of 6. Key accountabilities include (but not limited to): Ensuring services are operating within agreed SLA framework, conforming to minimum governance Providing guidance, support and coaching across the department Driving an exceptional IT Support function; developing the team and able to challenge them where required Identifying opportunities for innovation Knowledge and skills required: Prior experience operating in a predominantly Microsoft environment Demonstrate leadership qualities and proven ability to be able to apply structure where needed Understanding and knowledge around SQL 2010 Ability to form strong, mutual and professional business relationships with key business stakeholders If you would like to register your interest and discuss further then please apply via the advert.
