Sales Support Advisor Based near Trafford Park Monday - Friday 9.30am-6pm Salary - Negotiable Free Parking Excellent Team Environment We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Advisor to join our client’s team in Trafford Park. This is a busy and exciting opportunity to be part of a successful team working in pharmaceuticals. We would like to speak with confident, driven, personable candidates who are passionate about customer service. The role Maintaining a daily and monthly customer service log that captures all relevant details to customer issues for audit and training purposes Speaking to customers daily to give them returns reference and to log relevant details Taking and making calls from and to customers as and when needed Identifying the different issues as reported by the customer e.g. missing items, damaged items, ordered in error, driver error or keyed incorrectly Taking sales orders via the telephone accurately and efficiently using the electronic call log which must always be adhered to. To process faxed orders, posted orders and email orders and ensuring all early answer phone orders are processed in time for am delivery To regularly check the status of our Electronic Ordering customers to ensure that they do not miss their order cut off times Ensure that all incoming calls are covered throughout the day Adhering to cut off times to ensure customer expectations are met and daily deliveries are not compromised Monitoring customer sales, increase spend and develop business whilst maintaining good customer relations To ensure that customer returns/complaints are dealt with and logged correctly Due to the volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from the managing consultant within 1 week please assume you have not been short listed.
