Overview
Lettings Manager - Dartford, DA1 A great opportunity has arisen for an Letting Manager to join our Client based in Dartford, DA1 The successful candidate will be very personable, articulate, customer service lead and able to motivate and manage the existing team of Lettings Negotiators. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Arranging and carrying out valuations in order to gain new instructions. Increasing overall profit margins. Overseeing and increasing our managed property portfolio via marketing. Final move in checks - check the file and ensure that all documents required are present and correct. Overseeing converting Let Only landlords to Fully Managed landlords. Tenant referencing and Right To Rent checks. Liaising with applicants and Rent4sure during the referencing process. Informing landlords and tenants of the reference outcome. Writing to applicants within 7 days of retaining the holding deposit. Creating invoices for retaining holding deposits. Serving of legal notices. Receiving and dealing with notices from tenants. Administering petty cash. Arranging staff meetings. Reporting to the Director on a daily basis End of the month reporting. The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: At least 2 years experience as either a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Manager Must be able to be target driven Must understand all knowledge of tenancy related legislation Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times Must be able to handle a team of Negotiators Must be able to conduct team meetings and problem solve ARLA Qualification would be an advantage but is not essential Full clean driving licence and own a car This Lettings Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
