HR Advisor

HR Advisor ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a growing business based near Gerrards Cross on an 18 month FTC. As the HR Advisor you will be the point of contact for all HR support, advice and employee relations matters internationally for internal clients, escalating any issues or concerns where appropriate. You’ll ensure effective and fair management of all employee relation issues including, but not limited to, absence management, under performance, disciplinary, grievance and restructuring but also act as a sounding-board for managers, advising them on how to maximise employee performance and manage poor performance. Any experience internationally would be an advantage Experience: Previous HR Advisor experience, ideally internationally. Experience in a generalist role previously Competent in dealing with ER cases Ability to communicate effectively across different departments, cultures & countries. Experience within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
