Junior ERP Developer

We are looking to recruit a ERP Developer who will report to the IT Manager for one of our prestigious clients who specialises repairing and refurbishment services in the UK for smartphones and consumer electronic devices. Working Hours: Day Shift Two 15-minute paid breaks Monday to Friday The purpose of the ERP Developer is to maintain a running ERP. The company’s ERP, Artemis, manages our entire repair supply chain from the booking in until the invoice. Duties & Responsibilities The job consists in: Maintain a running ERP 20-50% of the working time Prepare our ERP to receive new customers or processes Improve the software in order to earn production time and ease its usage Developing new functions, tools, interfaces and softwares to make the company more efficient in daily tasks Standardise and industrialise operational ways Lock ERP to ensure claims are allocated correctly Skills and personal attributes required: Sound knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, VB/VBA Capacity of self teaching and being aware of latest IS languages / technologies Deep knowledge and understanding of our ERP system Analytical skills Organisation and process knowledge Awareness of and experience in data handling, data integrity and data security Excellent communication skills Good understanding of written/spoken English Attention to detail Reliable and own initiative Efficient and well organised This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89185133
