Occupational Therapy Job: Loughborough Acquired Brain Injury/Neurological Care/Dementia Unit Salary £35,000 - £42,000 DOE Permanent – Full time Goodall Brazier have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, specialist Occupational Therapist who has a keen interest in Acquired Brain Injuries, Neurology and Dementia to join a remarkable, award winning care centre and be part of a very experienced MDT in Loughborough. This care centre specialises in adults with dementia care and mental health care, as well as their ABI Neurology unit. They strive to ensure their clients health, safety and happiness is catered for whilst also providing the dedicated, intensive care that their condition demands. At the forefront of their minds is a commitment to a care pathway strategy which, from the onset, is a clear aim to re-integrate individuals back into the community. Your job role will be to provide appropriate, timely and effective OT treatment to adults with complex needs within the specialist centre whilst acting independently to effectively assess and analyse a patient’s needs and establish an appropriate and timely treatment plan. Essential criteria: ? Degree in Occupational Therapy ? Evidence of positive post graduate development ? Registration with the Health Professions Council ? Enhanced Level DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) ? Car driver
