Role This is a unique recruitment opportunity for a recruitment manager and or fee earner /recruitment consultant to own their own recruitment company . You will be the Managing Director of your own company with no personal investment required from yourself except your hard work to run your own company . Location Midlands /or Yorkshire based Sector Any sector will be considered as long as you have an interest and /or network with the desire to work hard to make it a success Opportunity The success story of the last few years is that a significant number of recruiters are now successful MDs having set up an independent recruitment business. You will be working in partnership with a CEO who has over a number of years has been involved in setting up new recruitment entities.These businesses cover all the recruitment sectors including Commercial ,Call Centre , Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Social Care, Locum, Education, Construction, Technical and Engineering executive Search and Specialist professional services. We are now looking for additional ambitious Recruiters and Directors that wish to set up their own recruitment company in the Midlands /Yorkshire or North West Region . This will suit recruiters that want to make this ambitious step , but may not have the finances or be quite brave enough yet and would like to work a network of like minded recruitment directors and recruitment consultants . There are plenty of people around who can assist you in getting the business up and running all free of charge ,guaranteed take home pay initially ,and do not expect anything in return except your support and expertise when they need it . There is no red tape or hoops to jump through only support from a very experienced CEO in the Recruitment Industry .Support will include legal, HR, finance, reporting, payroll, insurances etc will be provided if needed . Partners /Equity Share Holders commence with shares and ownership immediately. We are open to any sector of recruitment and happy to speak to any level of recruiter or manager interested in a conversation about this.
