Tech Lead - Technical Lead - London - 100-110k Explore have partnered with one of the UK's most ethical clients who provide services to a high % of the UK through there revolutionary service and platform. There back end is using NodeJS and python to develop the back-end system and use react & typescript on the front end. They are a rapidly growing business and had major success in partnering with a high volume of their user which is allowing their expansive growth. This role is still hands-on reporting into the CTO - You will be managing a team size of between 15-20. You will need to be hands-on with the following tech: A strong background using NodeJS A strong background using React & Typescript Experience using GraphQL Exposure to React Native would be a bonus Experience with any devops tools again would be a bonus BUT not essential Their technology is at the heart of everything they do, and they are passionate and excited about being challenged by different problems every day. The whole team is part of the decision-making process and building their road map, so you will always have a say in your work. They are big on taking pride in working end to end and for developers to take ownership of their work. Salary: up to 110k DOE.
