Technical Test Engineer / QA (Java JVM Mockito AWS). Are you an accomplished Technical Test Engineer who is passionate about their craft? They are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Test Engineer to enhance their capabilities as they enter a new phase of growth. As a Technical Test Engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring standards of technical excellence are met across the payments division as part of a cross-functional Agile development team. You’ll have an impact from the start, creating automated test plans from scratch across the full software development lifecycle, release and CI/CD build pipelines. In this Technical Test Engineer role you’ll work with a diverse tech stack, including Java and JVM backend alongside Mockito for unit testing. You’ll be a key figure in a growing team, so this role is ideal for someone keen to have hands-on testing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment. Requirements: You have a wealth of experience as a Technical Tester You have experience of testing complex Java applications and APIs You are confident in building and scripting for test automation functions from scratch You have good working knowledge of AWS / cloud technologies You are a committed team player, willing to get stuck in from the start You have meticulous attention to detail and are a passionate technologist Desirable: payments / financial services experience As a Technical Test Engineer you’ll earn a highly competitive salary (to £80k) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
