Overview
IT Support Engineer - Sheffield - £17,000 - £18,000 INTERVIEWING ASAP We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious IT Support Engineer to join a close-knit IT department. The successful applicant will provide remote support for users and provide 1st and 2nd line support throughout the business. Other duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software, proactively identifying opportunities to improve IT systems and managing technical requests. Relevant training and support are on offer, but applicants should have experience in some of the following technologies: - Windows Servers - MS Office Suite - Active Directory / Group Policy - Networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls) - Microsoft Exchange - Backup Systems - Wireless Networks Some experience in the IT field would be preferable, but a positive attitude to work and passion for all things IT are essential To apply for the role, please send your most recent CV to or call for more information on 07832 942640.
