Overview

We are recruiting for one of our clients for an experienced Receptionist to work within a very professional environment based in Lutterworth where you will have additional experience ideally to include experience in social media and marketing, you will be part of a small team but be an integral part of the team so very much a hands on role, you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with a full hour for lunch As the Receptionist your duties will include: Telephone answering and first point of contact with our clients General administrative duties Meeting and greeting clients Dealing with the post and deliveries Producing creative social media articles and press releases Assisting other departments as and when required To be successful in the role of Receptionist we are looking for the following skills: A good level of education with a particular focus on English written skills Excellent spelling and grammar Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office Well organised with excellent time management skills Excellent typing skills Experience of social media/marketing within a corporate environment Full UK Driving Licence Once appointed in the role of Receptionist you will find it incredibly rewarding, the fact the role will develop and change as you will be asked to help your colleagues, you will work in a very flexible relaxed environment with free parking, pension, 29 days holiday and regular reviews Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
