Customer Service Adviser needed for Pharmaceuticals company based in Marylebone Your new company Your new company are a pharmaceutical company based in the NW1 area of London City seeking a new customer care agent to join their team due to an increase in demand. You will be joining 2 other permanent members of staff and one other temporary member of staff and will be provided full training on the job. Your new role Your new role will involve dealing with enquiries via phone and email regarding an exciting new pharmaceutical drug that will hopefully cure common types of cancer. You will be dealing with invoices, processing orders, liaising with internal and external teams, data inputting, passing relevant customers to the sales team and other administration duties. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you must have recent customer service experience both over phone and email. You must have experience with order processing and have a confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
