Overview
Manpower are currently working with a client in Coventry who are one of the biggest in their industry who are currently looking for a Distribution Shift Manager on a fixed contract basis. The Distribution Shift Manager's role is to maintain and enhance the performance of the operation by directing the daily and weekly activities; To proved guidance and leadership under an extremely testing time yet still minimising costs and providing excellent service within budget. This will be facilitated by working with a senior management team, alongside another colleague in the same position on alternative shift patterns. Package on offer £35,000 - £42,000 - Salary example over 12 months Any 5 days from 7, predominately Sunday's will be a day off. Shift patterns alternate between mornings and afternoons. 0600 -1400 / 1400 - 2200 The Ideal candidate will have 3 year's experience in operational management and a proven track record within FMCG.
