In this role the successful candidate as SFDC Delivery Manager will initially be responsible for leading delivery teams to build and deliver world class custom solutions successfully on Salesforce/Force.com. Suitable candidates will be certified subject matter experts in Force.com, and specialise in project delivery, team leading/mentoring and client relationship management.They will be able to fully utilise OOB features of Force.com, designing solutions using the Force.com API, APEX, visualforce and other tools to extend the product to meet client needs. Successful candidates will be able to communicate clearly and confidently, leading both technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions.They will be able to document requirements clearly and concisely, author technical documents and bring quality assurance to deliveries.Candidates will be able to manage client expectations and scope effectively. Suitable candidates will be highly experienced using Agile (SCRUM) delivery approach and understand the importance of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Principles) and SFDC development best practice principles. Responsibilities: Lead project team meetings and meetings with the customer Recruitment of SFDC SME’s for roles within the development team Have challenging conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings Be the cornerstone of the relationship with the client and main source of communications Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmap Manage budgets, planning, timelines, resources, scope, change requests, status reporting Drive process analysis and process redesign Produce detailed project plans that meet customer requirements Document and gain approval for customer requirements definition Participate in authoring and review of technical solution documents Support user acceptance testing efforts as needed Participate in training, design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with other team members Participate in internal projects and Sales proposal development as required Write and review QA and UAT test scripts Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff Author user training and handover documentation as necessary Leverage business knowledge and cloud expertise to drive business process improvements Must Have: Salesforce.com Admin Certification (ADM201) Salesforce.com Sales or Service Cloud (Consultant certification) Deep experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development Deep experience implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com CRM applications on schedule and within budget Deep experience being directly responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule Outstanding and effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to extract and document business and technical requirements and to produce detailed project plans and estimates Strong external consulting experience, including of CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with one or more CRM software product such as Siebel, Oracle, Veeva, Microsoft dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Salesforce.com etc. Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring junior team members and effectively managing client escalations Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/ or Information Technology or equivalent experience PMP or PRINCE2 Certification ADM501 (Adv. Admin) certification DEV401 (Developer Certification) Experience with business process expertise around Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Vertical (i.e. Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Communications etc.) Application development experience with Java, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP.
