Introducing Premier Pathways Premier Pathways is a two-year teacher training programme for graduates seeking a salaried and steady route into education. We know that a full two years in a school acquiring practical classroom experience will enable you to grow into a confident, capable and outstanding practitioner. Accredited by the University of Buckingham, you will obtain a PGCE (plus 60 Masters credits) and QTS, with no tuition fees. Geography Trainee Teacher - Job Specification - Minimum of a 2:2 degree that is Geography focused - Confident personality with the ability to engage and motivate 11-16 year olds - GCSEs of C or above in English and Maths - Ideally previous experience supporting the 11-16 age range - A strong foundation of knowledge regarding the Geography curriculum at KS3 and KS4 - A desire to qualify as a Geography Teacher About the school: This Academy has a can-do enterprising culture.
