Introducing Premier Pathways Premier Pathways is a two-year teacher training programme for graduates seeking a salaried and steady route into education. We know that a full two years in a school acquiring practical classroom experience will enable you to grow into a confident, capable and outstanding practitioner. Accredited by the University of Buckingham, you will obtain a PGCE (plus 60 Masters credits) and QTS, with no tuition fees. We are pleased to be working alongside a forward-thinking Secondary School in Bexley to appoint a Trainee Teacher of MFL. The school are looking for a Spanish specialist who can pass on their love of languages to inspire others. MFL Trainee Teacher - Job Specification - Minimum of a 2:2 degree in MFL (specialising in Spanish) - Confident personality with the ability to engage and motivate 11-16 year olds - GCSEs of C or above in English and Maths - Ideally previous experience supporting the 11-16 age range perhaps as a Tutor, Coach or Instructor - A strong foundation of subject knowledge and a desire to make a positive impact to the lives of the next generation. - The desire to qualify as a MFL Teacher - Strong cultural and localised knowledge of this school’s catchment area and the ability to demonstrate that you can relate to the students of Bexley About the school: This Academy has a can-do enterprising culture.
