3x New Business Account Managers - £22k-£26k - St Albans OTE £40k Training Corporate Benefits Penguin Recruitment is currently seeking 3x New Business Account Managers to join one of Hertfordshire's leading suppliers of IT Hardware, Software, Print, IP Security and Peripheral providers in to the Education, Small-Medium and Large Enterprise business sectors. The Account Managers will take responsibility of a 360 degree sales role from prospect calling, building a contact list, identifying business opportunities, delivering a solution, closing and retaining business contracts. The Account Managers will sell across a versatile product portfolio from leading Vendors including HP, Microsoft, Dell, Samsung, Cisco and Lenovo. Account Managers will be initially new business focused; therefore it is essential you have a successful background in a cold-calling/business development sales environment ideally selling IT Hardware or Software on behalf of an IT Reseller, Distributor or Broker. Other technology sales backgrounds will be considered: IP Security, Telecoms, Mobile Telecoms, Niche Software, Print Specialists. Account Managers will also be required to demonstrate a successful background in working against competitive sales targets (KPI and GP/Revenue) and it will be of special interest if you have any contacts you are able to transfer to a new employer, however not essential.
