Staff Nurse - Complex Care / Brain injuries Location: Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire Salary: £29000 - £33749 per annum ( £14.87 - £17.30 p/h ) Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours). Shifts: Options of Days only (0740 - 2000) or Nights only ( 1940 - 0800 ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference Contract: Permanent Preceptorships available Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD to work within a complex care and brain injury rehabilitation centre Located in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, the hospital specialise in the treatment, care and support of individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of a brain injury or other progressive neurological condition. This is a modern purpose built facility which has been designed specifically to support the needs of individuals who have complex care and rehabilitation requirements. Spacious, light rooms and corridors leading to multiple communal areas create a homely environment. Being located near Stoke on Trent provides excellent opportunities for residents to access the local community as part of their care pathway. Service Details: The Service has a good CQC rating across all key lines of enquiry. They have a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover. They are very big on staff development and training. They have an extremely high staff to patient ratio. The Hospital Manager is committed to training and development of staff with many opportunities to mentor junior staff and take on additional training for career progression within the company. Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 0740 am- 8.00pm (days) and 0740 pm - 8.00am (nights).
