One of my favourite clients are looking for a Service Manager to join a small residential service in Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You certainly won't be sat behind a desk all day. You will have the opportunity roll you sleeves up and work alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable team great team that provide a highest standard of care. Above all, your should be committed to high-quality, person-centered services. A services that helps people better their lives. You don't have to have had home manager experience you can be an excellent Deputy looking for the next step in your career. You should have achieved, or be working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or hold equivalent qualification.
