My client is a large National provider of Residential and Nursing Homes across the UK and is one of the largest not for profit organisations in the country. They are looking for a Registered Nurse Manager for one of their nursing homes in Leicester which specialises in Dementia care for 36 residents. The home is rated 'Good' by the CQC and was awarded a top 20 spot by carehome.co.uk in 2018. My client offers fantastic career development, pension plan, conditional bonus and the chance to be part of a well established charity organisation. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years Home Manager experience in a similar sized home that cares for elderly residents with Dementia, a stable work history with long tenures and a history of Good or Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.
