Overview

Learning Design Architect - 50-55k plus car allowance - UK Wide (Home based with travel) An excellent opportunity for a talented Learning Design Architect to join a well-established and award-winning agency. The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of learning assets, including e-learning, workshops, face-to-face and events. Innovation will be at the heart of everything you do; you will aim to make learning fun and engaging and provide the best solutions possible. This is a senior role within the business, and you will be involved in all stages of the design process for clients from the initial requirement to final implementation. You will be encouraged to stay on top of developments and approaches in the learning and design sector, and bring forward new ideas. The position would suit and experienced Learning Designer / Instructional Designer with a creative mindset who is looking for an environment where they can make a genuine impact. The role is home based although frequent travel to client sites across the South East, South West and the Midlands will be required.
