Who you'll be working with You'll be working in the SAP Delivery Group as part of the SAP PI development team who are in midst of delivering some key projects in the SAP platform. The team has a core element based in Worthing with additional offshore resources in India. You will also be working with PI consultants from the wider Capgemini SAP practice and additional flex consultants when required. The focus of your role To deliver strong SAP PI capability to the SAP Delivery Group. What you'll do You will be working on a complex SAP landscape with multi-track developments. You'll be part of the SAP PI team in Worthing supporting our colleagues to deliver new SAP PI functionalities. You will be required to design, develop, implement and support the SAP PI integration solutions for projects and live support. You will need to be quick to learn in this rapidly developing platform especially the cloud-based CPI and PO migration solutions. You will be involved in leading discussions that include next-generation SAP integration solutions and S/4 HANA in a cloud platform. What you'll bring Strong SAP PI 7.5 dual-stack and SAP PO single stack development experience In-depth knowledge of PI/PO Interface scenarios, using Integration processes, Inbound/outbound file-based interfaces and APIs using Advance Adapter configuration Very good working experience of SOAP, File (NFS, FTP), XI and HTTP Adapters Working knowledge in w3c standards for XML, SOAP, XSD, and XSLT is mandatory NWDS / Eclipse integration development tools knowledge Experience in JSON / REST and API interfaces Exposure to cloud platform integration and cloud development solutions Expert in developing user-defined Java functions, ABAP proxies, IDOCs, and RFC interfaces Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills Good communication skills What we'll offer you Professional development, accelerated career progression.
