Commercial Insurance Director Cheltenham Excellent remuneration package Our client is a Successful Broker and Highly respected in the Insurance Market. Due to continued growth our Client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director to take on a substantial and ambitious expansion project. Strong sales background is essential. Alongside nurturing and growing the already established pipeline of clients, the role will include leading the direct arm of the business and growing the team. Our Client has seen consistent growth over previous years and has ambitious plans for the future to which the successful candidate will play a major part. The successful candidate will have the following experience: Experience in Higher Management or Directorship position in the insurance industry Ability to generate new business Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills Already gained/working towards professional qualifications An excellent remuneration package is available for the right candidate Including OTE bonus, Pension and Life insurance.
